FAQ about life coaching.
How, when, why.
Hopefully you'll find the answer to your question here,
but if not please feel free to reach out via my contact page.
Many of my clients find their lives have dramatically benefited within six sessions, however often experience positive changes after our first meeting.
Our sessions are confidential and before we begin I give you my ethical code that governs our client-coach relationship.
How many sessions
will I need?
Each of my coaching sessions lasts for 60 minutes and are held either in my office, your office, a coffee shop environment, or on Zoom depending on what you prefer and where you feel most comfortable.
Customised session lengths can be arranged if you wish.
How long is
each session?
How often would
we meet?
My clients find they get the most benefit from meeting once a week as this offers time for reflection and action between sessions, whilst also maintaining the momentum of our work together.
What is the objective of your coaching session?
My intention for our sessions is that I offer you a safe, non-judgemental environment and support you to make the changes you desire. The result is that you have greater happiness, more confidence as well as your own tool kit to tackle life's challenges should they arise.
How is coaching different
from therapy?
My coaching is not about your past and I don't need to know where you've been in order to help you get to where you want to go. My focus is solely on your happiness
and success in moving forward.
Therapy on the other hand is primarily focused on analysis and resolution
of your past.
How will I know if you're
the right coach for me?
I offer a free 30 minute introductory consultation where we can have a chat and find out more about what you're looking for and how I can help. This can be either face to face, by phone, or Skype/Zoom and there's no obligation to take things further.
Everything you said resonated with me Mikki, it's changed my life.
